Flesh out of Humming bird snake (side profile)

First time using sketchbook pro with my Turcom Tablet. as i was getting in some detail i desided to stick with the bird like features  and fill in the snake parts as I go. So far the scales are coming ok despite it looking like an armored bird. Still looking for what type of eye fits. the snake like eye just dosnt fit well so far. Still looking at some referances
